These Payment Terms apply to all transactions on www.nirelia.com and comply with Australian ASIC financial regulations, PCI DSS security standards and Australian GST taxation rules.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support major Australian payment options including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. All providers are regulated under Australian financial law.

2. Currency & Tax

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All displayed prices include GST with no hidden checkout fees, complying with ACCC pricing regulations.

3. Payment Security

Our checkout uses end-to-end SSL encryption. Nirelia does not store full credit card details. All transactions support 3D Secure authentication to prevent fraud.

4. Billing Verification

Your billing address must match your registered bank address. We may suspend or cancel orders with mismatched billing details for security purposes.

5. Authorisation & Capture

A temporary authorisation hold may be placed at checkout. Funds are only captured once your order is dispatched. Cancelled order holds are released per Australian bank processing timelines.

6. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to resolve payment issues via our support team before initiating chargebacks. We provide full order records for fair dispute resolution under Australian financial standards.

7. Order Confirmation

A payment and order confirmation email will be sent immediately after successful transaction completion.
